Refund, Return & Cancellation Policy

At Aggarwal Canvas Company, we ensure that each fabric we deliver goes through multiple levels of quality checks to ensure accurate measurements, defect-free prints, and overall satisfaction. However, if you are not fully satisfied with your order, we are here to help.

A. RETURNS & EXCHANGES

If you wish to return or exchange any part of your order because the product did not meet expectations or arrived with defects, please reach out to us at aggarwalcanvas246@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving the order. Mention your Order ID, share images of the issue, and a brief explanation.

Refunds or exchanges will be processed as per the conditions in Clauses 1 and 2 below.

1. If the Product is Defective or Damaged

1.1. Refund Policy

  1. Full refunds are issued for returns due to verified product defects or damage.

  2. If the original order qualified for a bulk discount (above ₹15,000), the discount will be adjusted on a pro-rata basis based on the net value after return.

  3. We will arrange a pickup from the original delivery address. If pickup isn’t available in your location, you may send the parcel via India Post and share the receipt with us. We will reimburse the shipping charge as per the receipt.

  4. Refunds are usually issued as store credits valid for 6 months. If preferred, we can process refunds back to your original payment method or bank account (for COD orders).

1.2. What Counts as a Defect

  • Significant visual inconsistency in print, texture, or color noticed immediately upon unboxing

  • Fabric is torn or not usable

  • Weaving is damaged or uneven

  • Fabric weight varies by more than 25%

1.3. What is Not Considered a Defect

  • Slight color variation due to differences in digital screens

  • Fabrics known to bleed color for the first few washes (details mentioned on product page)

  • Orders with fabric quantities below 2 meters are not eligible for return

1.4. Exchange Policy

  • Exchanges are subject to product availability in stock

  • The value of exchange will be based on the net paid price, not MRP

1.5. Product Conditions for Return/Exchange

Returned items must meet these conditions:

  • Tags should be intact

  • Fabric must be unwashed, unused, unstitched, and undamaged

  • Original packaging must be included

2. If You Changed Your Mind or Didn’t Like the Product

2.1. Refund Policy

  • We do accept returns if the product doesn’t meet your expectations, but you will bear the return shipping costs.

  • No reverse pickup is available in such cases.

  • Refunds will be initiated within 5–7 business days of receiving the return.

2.2. Product Conditions

Same as clause 1.5:

  • Tags intact

  • Product unwashed, unused, and in original condition

  • Packaged securely

B. CANCELLATION POLICY

  1. Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped (generally within 24–48 hours of placing the order).

  2. Orders once shipped cannot be cancelled.

  3. For prepaid orders, refund will be processed to the original source account within 7–10 days.

  4. COD orders do not require a refund since no payment was collected.
