Terms of Service

At Aggarwal Canvas Company, each fabric we supply undergoes a strict quality check process through multiple hands to ensure accurate measurements, defect-free designs or prints, and an undamaged and unworn condition.

A. RETURNS or EXCHANGE

In rare cases where you wish to return or exchange full or partial order either because the order is not as per the specifications or the product did not meet your expectations, you may place a request for return or exchange by sending an email to aggarwalcanvas246@gmail.com with your order number in the subject line, images showing the issue, and a brief description within 7 days of receiving the order. The refund shall be subject to the conditions detailed in clauses 1 and 2.

1. When Product is Defective or Damaged

1.1. Refund Policy

1.1.1. In all instances covered under clause 1.2, the customer shall receive a full refund for the returned products.
1.1.2. Discounts on bulk orders valued at ₹15,000 or above will be adjusted on a pro-rata basis based on the net value after return.
1.1.3. Aggarwal Canvas will arrange pickup from your delivery location (must match the shipping address). If our logistics partner does not support the pickup location, the customer should return the package via IndiaPost and share a scanned receipt via email/WhatsApp. We will refund the shipping charges as per the IndiaPost receipt.
1.1.4. All refunds are by default processed as store credit (gift cards) valid for 6 months on www.aggarwalcanvas.com. On request, refunds can be made to the original payment source or bank account (for COD orders).

1.2. What Qualifies as Defective or Damaged
  • Visual inconsistency in print, texture, or colors seen immediately upon unboxing.

  • Fabric that is torn or unusable.

  • Loosely woven or damaged structure.

  • Weight per meter varies by more than 25%.

1.3. What Does NOT Qualify as Defective or Damaged
  • Color differences due to variations in screen display.

  • Some fabrics may bleed color initially. Care instructions are mentioned on the product page.

  • Fabrics ordered below 2 meters in length are not eligible for return.

1.4. Exchange Policy
  • Exchange is subject to availability in inventory on the date of return.

  • Exchange is calculated on the net payable price, not MRP.

1.5. Return Product Conditions
  • Tags must be intact.

  • Product must be unwashed, unused, unstitched, and undamaged.

  • Must include original packaging.

2. When Customer Changes Mind or Doesn't Like the Product

2.1. Refund Policy

If you’ve changed your mind or the product didn’t meet your expectations, you may return it. Returns are accepted if the conditions in clause 2.2 are met. In such cases:

  • The customer will bear full return shipping costs.

  • No reverse pickup will be available.

  • Refunds will be processed within 5-7 working days after receiving the return.

2.2. Conditions of Returned Products
  • Tags must be intact.

  • Product must be unwashed, unused, unstitched, and undamaged.

  • Original packaging must be included.

B. CANCELLATION

  1. You can cancel your order before it has been shipped. Shipping is generally initiated within 24–48 hours of placing the order.

  2. You can modify the shipping address before the order is packed by calling our customer support.

  3. You can cancel the order by calling us at +91 98996 77300.

  4. For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, there is no refund needed as no payment was made. For prepaid orders via card, net banking, or wallets, refunds will be made to the source account within 7–10 working days after cancellation.
